“More than Enough” Empowerment Workshop

Ashley Burney is the Founder and President of Heart To Heart LLC, a media, events, products and consulting platform focused on empowering, motivating and uplifting women and the community. Visionary for Your Bold Is Beautiful (YBIB) a trademark registered event series and lifestyle brand, Ashley is known for her infectious energy, creating a safe space to enlighten and empower individuals to be bold in their truth! As a motivational speaker, Ashley has had the opportunity to engage with women and men across the world. Through the Heart To Heart platform, Ashley is able to engage through events, interviews, consulting services, products and digital media. Additionally she has partnered with organizations and schools to further their mission, impacting lives in the community through mentoring and events.

Consulting services are offered through the Ashley Burney Consulting division of Heart To Heart LLC and include the following: Independent community and public relations services for both corporate and non-profit entities. Diversity and Inclusion trainings with an emphasis on improving engagement, counteracting unconscious bias, diversity and inclusion at work, and fostering an inclusive climate. Teaching effective communication and leadership strategies. Designing revenue generating volunteer management program tools. Offering one on one personal coaching incorporating goal setting, interview readiness, resume assistance, relationship building and interpersonal communication trainings. Ashley also own’s whatever stage/room she’s in as an Event Emcee/Hostess! She has emceed events for St. Jude’s Ranch for Children, Juvenile Justice Impact, United Way of Southern Nevada, Biletnikoff Foundation, Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas, Angels of Las Vegas, Heart To Heart LLC and many more!

Ashley was recently recognized by VEGAS INC and Las Vegas Weekly as a top 40 Under 40 honoree for the class of 2022. She was also awarded by the MyVegas Magazine a 2020 and 2019 Top 100 Women of the Year, Deluxe Version Magazine Top 20 in 2020 Philanthropist, 2019 Deluxe Version Magazine Women of Wonder, 2021 UNLV Alumni Spotlight for her contributions to the Las Vegas community and previously featured in Las Vegas Weekly for her appointment to the Board of Directors for St. Jude’s Ranch for Children serving as the Chair for the Development Committee.
